Emile is a dedicated attorney with a broad practice focused on real estate transactions, business formation, and estate planning. He earned his undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
While in law school, Emile worked with the Community Development Clinic, where he assisted underserved communities with launching and structuring small businesses. This experience shaped his commitment to providing practical, accessible legal services to entrepreneurs and families alike.
In addition to his legal practice, Emile served on the Stakeholder Advisory Board for Region 7, contributing to the oversight and review of zoning changes in the Annapolis area. This role provided him with valuable insight into local land use, development, and regulatory matters.
With extensive experience in real estate law, Emile has successfully handled over 2,000 real estate closings, representing buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors.
